Ice Theatre of New York (ITNY), the nation’s premier ice dancing ensemble, presents the 25th edition of the City Skate Concert Series--free ice concerts around the city. Performances feature the Ice Theatre of New York and special guest artists performing diverse and exciting repertory on the world’s most famous ice stage, The Rink at Rockefeller Plaza. This season, Ice Theatre will be performing new work by Jim May, Artistic Director of the Sokolow Theatre/Dance Ensemble, and new work by JoAnna Mendl Shaw of Equus Projects. Ice Theatre will also highlight some of its dance-on-ice repertory, including La Revolte Des Enfants choreographed by Alberto Del Saz, In a Nutshell by Rob McBrien and Dare Greatly by Douglas Webster.
