Hot chocolate is such a delicious treat and can be less calories than consuming a box of Godiva Truffles. Here is a simple no fail recipe for the best Caramel - Hot Chocolate ever. No need to stop off at Starbucks anymore:
CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE
6 tbsps Archer Farms Sea Salt Caramel Hot Cocoa Mix (Target stores)
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Heat 2 cups of milk in a sauce pan making sure not to bring it to a boil. Whisk in 6 tbsps of hot cocoa mix. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Pour into a thermos or Klean Kanteen and it will stay piping hot for several hours.
