Easy Agave Chicken

Sweet, succulent rotisserie chicken marinated and basted in Organic Blue Agave Syrup and served over Spanish Rice. Easy, elegant and so delicious! Ole'!

This time of year we're so busy squeezing the most out of the waning days of summer. Nobody, (I know anyway), wants to be stuck in the kitchen cooking. We've done a lot of grilling this season but this chicken was done indoors in my Showtime Rotisserie Oven. Yep, just set it and forget it! Here's how easy it is:

Easy Agave Rotisserie Chicken

Marinade chicken in this mixture for at least 3 hours prior to cooking or overnight:


  • 1 tsp Chipotle Blend Seasoning by B-B-Q Grill

  • 4 tbsps of your favorite Barbecue Sauce

Load your marinaded chicken pieces into the rotisserie basket or lay on the grill. Cook until there is no pink in the middle. The Agave allows the chicken to completely caramelize, giving it a sweet, golden color. Serve over Spanish Rice for a truly authentic southwestern experience!
