Thinking Outside of The Box - Breakfast in Bed
Now you can still hide a piece of jewelry on the breakfast tray for that extra surprise factor! Even without that, breakfast in bed for Valentine's Day is one of the sweetest treats to give or receive. I simply added a little cottage cheese, lemon zest and vanilla extract to my usual pancake batter. I serve them hot with lots of KerryGold Irish Butter and pure Canadian maple syrup. Simple but extravagant at the same time.
