Although aloe based, it is very light in texture, and contains organic orange, lemon and bergamot oils. This oil and beeswax formula is again very similar to the ointments I have recipes for in Nature's Weeds, Native Medicine. Loaded with olive, jojoba, coconut and calendula oils, it is the perfect healing balm. This is a very coconut oil rich moisturizer that can be used on your hair or body. It's liquid at warm room temperatures but like real coconut oil, will solidify somewhere below 70 degrees. If that happens you will have a hard time pouring it from the bottle. Simply hold the bottle under warm water for a few seconds and it should loosen up. Lots of super rich oils in this formula like: coconut, mango and cocoa butter. The label says Tahitian Gardenia Flower Extract but if you are a true fan of exotic Monoi fragrance, I'm afraid you won't find it in this formula. It has more of a coconut-mango scent that is still very pleasant. A little goes a long way and I like the way this formula slides on my legs and arms after a shower.
